Love You, Kid! Proudly Returns as Title Sponsor of the 2026 Movie in the Park Summer Series
Love You, Kid Inc. began as a dream in 1977, a dream rooted in the belief that every child deserves a happy, healthy, and nurturing environment. Nearly fifty years later, that dream continues to grow. Today, our foundation proudly supports organizations and community programs that strengthen families, expand opportunities for children, and create spaces where young people can thrive.
That’s why we are honored to serve as the Title Sponsor for the 2026 Movie in the Park Summer Series our third consecutive year partnering with the Wausau & Marathon County Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department to bring this beloved tradition to life.
A Summer Tradition That Brings Families Together
This year’s series features seven kid friendly movies, shown on select Thursday evenings from June through August on the 400 Block in downtown Wausau. The movies begin at 7 PM, are free for everyone, and offer families a simple, joyful way to spend time together.
Families are encouraged to arrive early, bring lawn chairs, blankets, and snacks, and settle in for an evening under the summer sky. Some nights even feature popcorn or ice cream from local vendors—small touches that make the experience feel magical for kids and nostalgic for adults.
Movie in the Park isn’t just entertainment. It’s connection. It’s community. It’s childhood memories in the making.
